Can't say enough about this remarkable restaurant, the sushi is exceptional and made to order right there on the spot. The staff could not be more hospitable and efficient,I usually sit at the bar to watch international soccer and drink Sapporo the traditional Japanese beer.Ricardo and Alberto are great hosts with a great sense of humor as is everyone who works there, the hibachi fragrance emanating from the dining area adds even more to the ambiance of this local gem. Well done Paradise Sushi.

AYCE sushi spot in Santa Rosa. They also have locations in San Rafael and Petaluma. I've been to the Petaluma location as well and both locations are good. We went during lunch both times which is cheaper than dinner but you're able to order off the dinner menu if you want to pay a little more. There are so many rolls to choose from and the service is usually fast. No limits on the nigiri but I do feel like it comes with too much rice. Unfortunately, no appetizers on the AYCE menu but you do get miso soup and salad!

Second time here and definitely won't be the last. Great service each time. Open bar- great drinks, sushi bar- fresh sushi. Hibachi open grill experience if needed. Celebrate your birthdays or just general date night etc. Open space restaurant. Plenty of parking.

One of the best places to get all you can eat sushi. It's around 30 something dollars per person, but the sushi is top tier. I always get the ceviche roll and also their nigiris are super buttery and yummy. The service is excellent as well. Ambiance is pretty straight forward and a little boring. But that's okay. Foods great.

We came here during lunch so there wasn't a large crowd waiting to be seated. We already knew we wanted sushi rolls and looked over their large sushi selection before making our decision. Service was fast and everything tasted fresh, including the michelada that my guy ordered. At first he was skeptical about ordering a miche from a sushi spot but ordered it anyways and it was actually quite tasty! I asked our server if by chance it was owned by Hispanics and she said "yes :)" I knew it! We will be back there again soon, not just because its owned by Latinos but also because everything was really good and their lunch special (all you can eat) cant be beat!

We came here for the AYCE sushi during lunch time and I think it was pretty worth the price. When we came in it was not that busy at all so we got seated right away. Service was pretty slow but it was a slow day so I get it. From top to bottom in the picture we ordered the Golden California, Vegas, Salmon Delight, Salmon Lover and Ninja. As well as a couple nigiri pieces. The Ninja roll was by far our favorite and we'd come back just for that roll specifically. My personal favorite was the Vegas roll. Everything else was just eh. Probably wouldn't get those rolls again. The nigiri was also just okay. If you want good nigiri then this place isn't the one for you. The AYCE also comes with miso soup and salad starter. Miso soup was basically water and the salad was fresh! Overall the food was 6/10 for me but I'd still come back for specific items on the menu.
